Job Description

As we expand in Saudi Arabia, our Riyadh HQ is becoming the heartbeat of our operations. We’re looking for someone to make that heart beat stronger, a Team Experience & Office Manager who will own the day-to-day rhythm, culture, and operational excellence of the office.

The Role:
We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Team Experience & Office Manager to anchor our Riyadh office.

This is not a traditional admin role, it’s a blend of operations, culture, and leadership enablement. You’ll work closely with the CEO, the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and the People and Talent Partner to ensure every aspect of the Riyadh office runs flawlessly and reflects Tarabut’s high-performance culture.

You’ll be the connector who makes sure the right people, tools, and energy come together daily, creating an environment where teams can do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operational Excellence

  • Own all aspects of Riyadh office operations: facilities, supplies, vendor management, and workspace logistics.
  • Coordinate leadership and team travel, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
  • Partner with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to manage calendars, document follow-ups, and prep materials for executive meetings.
  • Handle procurement, invoices, and office budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building requirements.

People & Culture

  • Champion Tarabut’s values through daily interactions, office rituals, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, townhalls, and celebrations that bring people together.
  • Onboard new hires, acting as their first point of contact in the Riyadh office.
  • Support HR and People Experience teams in executing engagement surveys, culture programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance with administrative tasks, meeting documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Manage correspondence and act as a liaison between Riyadh-based staff and other Tarabut offices (Dubai, Bahrain, etc.).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication updates for leadership.
  • Maintain smooth flow of information across departments and leadership.

Requirements

  • Based in Riyadh, fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in office management, executive support, or operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to represent leadership professionally.
  • Tech-savvy; confident with Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, etc.).
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, acts independently, and keeps a calm head under pressure.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and people-oriented, someone who naturally uplifts the team.
