Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager or Director. This role requires full ownership of the product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and validating ideas to building the roadmap and collaborating with engineering for delivery.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, testing hypotheses, and pivoting when necessary. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving complex problems, and are passionate about creating products that deliver real value, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Drive the product lifecycle from discovery and research through delivery and iteration.
Market Insight: Identify and validate problems worth solving using data, user feedback, and market trends.
Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
Rapid Experimentation: Run fast-paced tests to validate assumptions and learn quickly.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality products.
Decision-Making: Make decisive calls, including when to pivot or discontinue initiatives that don’t deliver value.
Measurement: Track and measure success using KPIs and qualitative feedback to inform future iterations.

Requirements

An Entrepreneurial, creative individual who can take macro issues and define products that customers will love.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in financial services or technology.
An education in computer science or a STEM degree from a top tier university
Strong understanding of working with a wide range of APIs and how they can be consolidated and integrated into partner ecosystems.
Experience with product discovery, agile delivery, and experimentation frameworks.
Ability to move fast, make decisions with imperfect information, and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in lending, credit products, or financial integrations.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations in financial services.
Background in startups or scale-ups.
