We’re hiring a Senior Strategic Account Manager to own and grow high‑value partnerships across banks, lenders, regulated entities, fintechs, marketplaces, and digital platforms in KSA. You will be accountable for executive relationship strategy, multi‑threaded stakeholder alignment, complex deal structuring, and in‑life growth.
This is a high‑impact senior individual contributor role at the heart of our commercial growth. You’ll work with C‑level and senior leaders, shape integration strategies, influence product direction, and drive adoption. The role blends strategic account leadership, solutioning, and business development, ideal for someone who thrives cross‑functionally and is comfortable in both commercial and technical conversations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts across financial institutions (banks, lenders, regulated entities) and the fintech ecosystem (marketplaces, platforms, PSPs), with clear growth, retention, and expansion targets.
- Lead executive‑level engagements (C‑suite, digital, risk, product, compliance, founders) to co‑create roadmaps, remove blockers, and unlock value from AIS/PIS, data intelligence, PFM and embedded finance use cases.
- End‑to‑end partnership leadership: from prospecting and solution shaping, through commercial negotiation (pricing, SLAs), contracting and procurement, to onboarding, go‑live, and in‑life performance management.
- Run structured account planning & governance (exec sponsor maps, QBRs/MBRs, success plans, risk registers) with rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast discipline.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and InfoSec to align solutions, delivery, and go‑to‑market; be the voice of the customer into product roadmap and data/AI use‑case design.
- Represent Tarabut at Fintech Saudi, LEAP, Money20/20 and other forums; drive co‑marketing and thought‑leadership with flagship partners.
- Support regulatory pilots/sandbox engagements where relevant; ensure partner readiness against SAMA open banking frameworks and local compliance expectations.
- Mentor junior AMs/BDs (informal leadership), share playbooks, and raise the bar on deal quality, executive communication, and integration outcomes.
- Track account health, product adoption, revenue contribution, and executive sentiment; report performance with crisp insights and actions.
