Job Description

This is a remote position.

This role is for a designer who truly believes in 'pixel perfect' design. The person works very closely with our product designers and marketing team to create engaging visuals that bring ideas to life and enhances the brand and user experience. As a Visual Designer, they craft a delightful experience for our users.



Requirements

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams internally to build creative and unique ideas.
  • Transform sketches into pixel-perfect infographics and motion graphics.
  • Produce assets for a delightful product and brand experiences.
  • Produce compelling design creatives for both external and internal requirements including social media graphics, infographics, a variety of digital and print media, presentations, landing pages, and event branding.
  • Design motion graphics and animations for product interactions, explainer videos, and marketing content across digital platform.
  • Contribute to and maintain visual assets within the design system including illustrations, iconography, motion assets, and brand components.
  • Create high-quality, visually engaging presentation decks for internal and external use, translating complex ideas into clear and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Consistently innovate with creative design to level up our brand visuals.
    Advocate for and design scalable design solutions by building, maintaining, and growing design systems, component libraries, and brand identity systems across all our platforms.
  • Support product teams by creating visual assets for digital product experiences such as onboarding visuals, UI illustrations, empty states, and in-product graphics
  • Create high-quality, visually engaging presentation decks for internal and external use, translating complex ideas into clear and compelling visual storytelling.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3- 5 years experienced in graphic design and animation, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in common graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Principle, and Lottie.
  • Solid understanding of basic principles and detailed aspects of visual design and animation.
  • Ability to understand and follow a design system, challenge, and contribute to it when necessary.
  • A positive attitude, an open mind, and a desire to collaborate and learn.
  • Ability to narrate a story in the designs to captivate viewers.
