You’ll get to flex your growth marketing muscles with hands-on experience in Media Buying, providing you with valuable skills that will set you apart in today's competitive job market.
Participating in orientation and training sessions to learn about Thndr's company culture and the media buying and paid marketing function.
Developing a media buying strategy for a specific campaign or project, including researching target audience and competitors.
Implementing ad campaigns on various platforms and monitor performance, optimizing based on key metrics.
Analyzing campaign data to identify trends and insights and create reports to track key performance indicators.
Presenting findings and recommendations to the team, showcasing achievements and learnings during the internship
Monitoring and analyzing data for evaluating content performance.
Recent graduates, preferably with a degree in marketing, communication, business or any related field.
Passionate and curious learner with strong and genuine interest in the digital marketing and Performance world.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent research and strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with any of the Paid channels tools is a plus.
Nice to have: previous experience in a similar field or knowledge of Media buying.
