About the role
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in keeping the CEO organized, accountable, and focused on high-priority work.
You’ll manage schedules, track key action items, take meeting minutes, coordinate travel, and ensure execution on critical tasks.
This role is for someone who is highly organized, proactive, patient, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

What you'll do
Manage the CEO’s schedule – Plan and coordinate meetings, ensuring time is spent on high-impact priorities.
Act as a gatekeeper – Filter and prioritize requests, ensuring focus on what matters most.
Track accountability & follow-ups – Keep the CEO accountable for key action items and ensure follow-through from meetings.
Take meeting minutes – Document important discussions, decisions, and next steps, making sure things don’t get lost.
Manage communication – Draft emails, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
Organize travel & logistics – Book flights, hotels, and transport, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Support strategic projects – Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in execution.
Optimize workflows – Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce distractions.
Ensure confidentiality – Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
What you'll need
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar high-level support role.
Highly organized and detail-oriented – You ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Strong problem-solving skills – You anticipate needs and proactively solve issues.
Excellent communication skills – You write and speak clearly, adapting to different stakeholders.
Strong sense of accountability – You make sure tasks and commitments are followed through.
Ability to handle pressure and fast-moving priorities – You stay calm under tight deadlines.
Discretion and professionalism – You handle sensitive company and personal information with care.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable with Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and other productivity tools.
Flexibility to travel occasionally – Able to coordinate and support CEO’s travel when needed.
Interview Process
1- Screening Call – Initial conversation with the People Team to understand experience and fit.
2- Deep Dive Interview – A more in-depth discussion with the People Team on competencies and expectations.
3- Assessment – Spend a few hours in the role to showcase problem-solving, organization, and execution.
4- Final Interview with CEO – A discussion to assess alignment with the CEO’s needs.
