About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior People Ops Associate to support our People team with daily operations and employee experience tasks. You will help with onboarding, data entry, documentation, and basic payroll support. This role is for someone early in their HR career who wants to learn how People Ops works in a fast-moving company.
You will report to the People Experience & Operations Manager.

You are reliable, organized, and like clear steps. You enjoy checklists and completing tasks accurately. You’re early in your People career and want to learn how professional People Operations works across different countries.
What You’ll Do
1. Support onboarding and offboarding
Prepare documents and checklists for new hires.
Collect needed information and update systems.
Support offboarding steps such as collecting assets and closing files.
2. Keep employee data updated and accurate
Update HRIS records, spreadsheets, and employee files.
Run simple monthly checks to keep information clean and correct.
3. Support payroll preparation
Collect monthly changes (new joiners, leavers, allowances).
Share data with the manager for final review.
4. Help with compliance and documentation
Prepare basic forms, contracts, and checklists.
Support compliance documentation for Egypt, and assist with UAE/KSA when needed.
5. Respond to simple employee questions
Help employees with basic People Ops queries: documents, policies, steps, or system issues.
Escalate complex requests to the manager.
6. Support People Ops projects and improvements
Assist with automation tasks, template updates, surveys, and reporting.
Help test new tools or workflows as we improve the People experience.
What You’ll Need
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Ops, or administrative work.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and document-handling skills.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and systems.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Basic understanding of Egypt labor law is a plus but not required.
