Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Representative role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct morning visits to key accounts, nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct afternoon visits to dental clinics, showcasing our e-commerce platform and product portfolio.
  • Build rapport with dental professionals, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present product information, demonstrate platform features, and address customer inquiries.
  • Manage a designated territory, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market trends and customer needs.
  • Attend industry events and conferences as required.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Understanding of the Dental and Healthcare industry
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Residence in Cairo or Giza.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry/pharmacist
  • Proficient in English.
  • Must have a car.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Must have a car.
