This role is for a data-driven and creative marketing professional who thrives on driving results through online channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives, and operating on Meta, Google Ads, and Linkedin Ads.
Qualitative Section:
- Strategy Development: Strategize and deploy digital campaigns and social media advertising across various channels for all Toothpick operating countries.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies in alignment with goals and objectives.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work with Tech on pixel integration, Mixpanel, GA4.
- Coordinate with Design for creatives and landing pages.
- Align with Sales/BD on lead quality and sales cycles.
- Audience Targeting: Use the latest techniques to reach and explore new audiences.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure campaigns comply with platform regulations; handle content issues or support cases.
- Update on Trends: Recommend best practices for current accounts and identify new platform opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with design for ad copy and landing pages.
- SEO: Lead SEO initiatives internally and with third-party support.
Qualitative Section:
Leading Generation Campaigns:
- Launch and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Build and optimize multi-channel marketing funnels.
What we’ll need/expect from you👇:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Google and Meta Certified or other related certifications
- Hands-on experience with:
- Mixpanel: funnel tracking, retention, event setup, cohort analysis
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom)
- Meta & Google Ads conversion setup and attribution modeling
