This role is for a data-driven and creative marketing professional who thrives on driving results through online channels. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives, and operating on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Qualitative Section:

Strategy Development: Strategize and deploy digital campaigns and social media advertising across various channels for all Toothpick operating countries.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies in alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work with Tech on pixel integration, Mixpanel, GA4.
  • Coordinate with Design for creatives and landing pages.
  • Align with Sales/BD on lead quality and sales cycles.
  • Audience Targeting: Use the latest techniques to reach and explore new audiences.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure campaigns comply with platform regulations; handle content issues or support cases.
  • Update on Trends: Recommend best practices for current accounts and identify new platform opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with design for ad copy and landing pages.
  • SEO: Lead SEO initiatives internally and with third-party support.

Quantitative Section:

  • Leading Generation Campaigns:
  • Launch and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel marketing funnels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing.
  • A high level of Arabic & English language.
  • Ability to work with a team
