About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth within the healthcare and dental technology sector.
The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and convert leads into long-term clients while contributing to the expansion of innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and dental sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
- Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Medical field (e.g., Dentistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related) or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of clinics and healthcare providers in the Riyadh area
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Solid analytical and market research capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
