Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure service quality.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 3 plus years of sales experience (logistics/freight preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of ownership, target orientation, and field discipline
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and coordinate with multiple departments
