Description

In this role, you will guide employees through every phase of the HR lifecycle—from impeccable onboarding to smooth offboarding—while leveraging our HRIS to ensure efficiency and accuracy in payroll, benefits, and compliance.
With a strong command of French labor laws, you will provide strategic and operational HR support for France/Europe, the US, and potentially the UA and collaborate closely with other HR Business Partners and the Recruiting Coordinators to drive consistency, innovation, and excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning
- Collaborate with the CPO and other HR Business Partners to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a thriving, high-performance culture.
- Own region-specific initiatives for France/Europe, the US, and Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, focusing on a standout onboarding experience that becomes a hallmark of XBTO’s employee journey.
- Partner with the HR Recruiting Coordinator to maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Work in tandem with other HR Business Partners to share best practices and unify approaches across global regions.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Coach managers on setting clear performance goals, delivering constructive feedback, and addressing performance gaps promptly.
- Implement or enhance career-path frameworks, leadership development programs, and succession planning to retain high-potential talent.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving complex employee issues with empathy, fairness, and legal compliance.
- Lead initiatives (e.g., surveys, feedback sessions) to boost morale and strengthen team cohesion.
- Promote engagement through recognition programs, offsites, and culturally aligned team events.
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Collaborate with the CPO and Finance to ensure competitive, equitable compensation structures.
- Manage external benefit provider relationships, negotiate renewals and enhance perk offerings.
- Continuously review pay practices for fairness and compliance across assigned regions.
Compliance & HR Policies
- Stay current on regional labor laws, especially in France/Europe, the US, and potentially the UAE, adapting policies to mitigate risk.
- Maintain comprehensive HR handbooks and policy manuals; conduct regular compliance audits to ensure accuracy and enforcement across the organization.
- Align all hiring, promotion, and termination decisions with local regulations and corporate standards.
HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity), leveraging insights to advise senior leadership on evidence-based improvements.
- Optimize HRIS usage for actionable analytics, supporting strategic planning and organization-wide performance. Guarantee data integrity.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Work cohesively with fellow HR Business Partners and HR team members to provide unified, high-quality support.
- Foster an environment of shared learning, open communication, and mutual accountability across cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, etc.).
Process Improvement & Technology
- Identify and automate manual HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews), integrating best-practice technologies to champion innovation.
- Continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize errors, and elevate the overall employee and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 5–7 Years of HR Experience: Proven expertise in employee relations (ER) and a track record of driving impactful HR initiatives.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- French Labor Law Expertise: In-depth understanding of employment laws and local regulations.
- Global Perspective: Prior experience in a US setting is a strong plus; comfortable operating across multiple cultures and jurisdictions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Impeccable written and spoken English; able to thrive in an English-first organization.
- Emotional Intelligence: Skilled at understanding and supporting diverse teams, with the ability to navigate sensitive topics.
- Industry Experience: Exposure to global, tech-driven, or financial services organizations is highly advantageous.
- Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Enjoys automating tasks and building efficient systems; capable of leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Energetic & Solution-Oriented: Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Maturity & Discretion: Exercises sound judgment in managing complex decisions and handling sensitive information.
- Clear & Efficient Communicator: Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
