The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role perfect for an individual who excels at nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients while also driving new business growth for our premier Asset Management division.
You will be the primary point of contact for our most important clients and the engine for our new business pipeline, playing a critical role in the firm's success.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Account Growth: Support strategic conversations and help expand client engagement across services.
- Business Development: Manage and advance a pipeline of qualified prospects, from initial outreach through to onboarding.
- Lead Handling: Respond promptly to inbound interest and ensure a professional client experience.
- Opportunity Development: Spot chances to expand relationships through additional products and services.
- Process Oversight: Support client onboarding and subscription processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting & Tracking: Keep client data and interactions up to date in the CRM and provide regular updates on progress.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role within financial services, FinTech, or the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry.
- A strong track record in both account management/client relationships and business development/sales.
- Hands-on experience using a modern CRM system (HubSpot is a major plus).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated, high-value clients.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Bonus Points For
- Direct experience with tools such as Sumsub (KYC), DocuSign, or automated lead generation software.
- A deep, pre-existing understanding of the digital asset, blockchain, and cryptocurrency landscape.
