The Conversion Agent to Business is responsible for converting potential leads into active business clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Lead Conversion:

  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present relevant business solutions.
  • Follow up with leads through various communication channels (calls, emails etc.).
  • Ensure timely conversion of leads into active accounts while meeting defined KPIs.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to address client queries effectively.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions aligned with their business goals.

Data and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and conversion progress in the Yodawy system.
  • Generate regular reports on lead conversion metrics and insights for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Medical Delegate Sales, Customer service, or client relationship management. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Languages : English and Arabic are must have
