Yodawy's Technology Services arm (YTX) is the engine behind the digital health experiences that serve patients, providers, and insurers. YTX owns the product strategy and execution for Yodawy's core consumer and enterprise healthcare journeys, including prescription workflows, chronic care programs, insurance claim flows, and health benefits platforms. We operate at the intersection of clinical value and product craftsmanship, building tools that matter to real patients navigating real health challenges.

Role Description

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to anchor execution across YTX — ensuring that the right things ship on time, at quality, and with full stakeholder alignment. You will sit at the heart of the YTX, bridging product, engineering, and operations. This is not a passive coordination role: you will own delivery outcomes, remove blockers proactively, and build the cadences and practices that allow high-performing squads to move fast without breaking things.

What you will own

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of healthcare product initiatives across multiple squads within YTX
  • Own the healthcare delivery calendar — sprint ceremonies, quarterly planning, dependency mapping, and release readiness
  • Attend and lead external meetings for technical pre-sales, requirements gathering, delivery and post delivery management
  • Surface risks early, facilitate trade-off decisions, and escalate blockers with context and proposed solutions
  • Track progress across work streams and maintain a clear, shared source of truth for stakeholders
  • Partner with all relevant stake holders (internal and external) to translate roadmap ambitions into executable delivery plans
  • Champion engineering quality gates — definition of done, testing standards, and deployment readiness

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management, technical project management, or engineering program management
  • Direct experience in digital healthcare, ideally (ex: digital health, insurance tech etc.)
  • Solid understanding of software delivery and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and when to apply each
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Sharp communicator — equally comfortable in an engineering stand-up and a C-suite update
  • Willingness to lead both internal and external meetings
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in delivery metrics (cycle time, velocity, release frequency)
  • Calm under pressure, decisive under ambiguity, and relentless about unblocking people
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Post graduate degree and/or work experience abroad is a plus

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with insurance or pharmacy operations in the Egyptian or MENA market
  • Background in scaling product teams through rapid growth phases
