Role Introduction
We’re looking for an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to help us create exceptional experiences; from CXO dinners and panels to product showcases and private gatherings. You’ll manage logistics end to end, ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a strong impression.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while keeping things on track.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events and activations, from concept through post-event reporting.
- Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, and production teams.
- Work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to invite and manage attendees.
- Support sponsorships and collaborations with local organizations and industry partners.
- Ensure all events reflect the CozmoX brand experience and professionalism.

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in event planning, partnerships, or marketing coordination.
- Based in the Bay Area and available to start immediately.
- Excellent organization and follow-through.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting corporate or executive-level events.
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Eventbrite, HubSpot, etc.
- Understanding of hospitality, logistics, and partner management.
