We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy dental practice. Our office serves a large volume of patients and requires someone who can handle a demanding workload with grace and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a high-volume dental office setting: You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills: You can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You can effectively communicate with patients, parents, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail: You are meticulous and accurate in your work, ensuring patient information is entered correctly and that all procedures are followed.
- Proficiency in Dentrix: Experience with Dentrix is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and update patient records accurately.
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist in a busy dental office.
- Knowledge of Dentrix is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in computer software and electronic medical records systems.

Schedule:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Wednesday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
