Our Purpose

We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be asked to acquire a certain number of shippers who are qualified to work with Trella. You’ll also be responsible for properly onboarding those new shippers, increasing their share of wallet, and fully managing those accounts.
You will also be responsible to achieve the targets which are set on a monthly basis, which mainly focus on specific metrics, such as the number of loads, take rates (margins), and gross bookings. Last but not least, you should use your experience and the rapport that you build with the customers to help with collections and overdue payments.
What You'll Do:
- Acquire NNS (Net New Shippers) on a monthly basis according to the budgeted figures.
- Complete account management, starting from lead qualification, rate negotiations, onboarding, problem-solving, and liaising with cross-department teams, till the shippers’ journey is over.
- Submitting sales plans and sales reports via SalesForce on a weekly basis.
- Spending most of the time outdoors - visiting customers, attending trade exhibitions/conferences, and networking.
What You'll Need:
- At least 2-4 years of in region and hands-on experience in a sales environment with experience managing different account sizes in transportation.
- Experience in selling port operations sales with expertise in KSA.
- Experience selling export/import trucking services is advantageous.
- Land transportation industry experience.
- A sales mindset with the ability to grow strong partnerships.
- Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders including operations, finance, and customer service teams.
- Excitement toward working and staying organized in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment.
- Portfolio of achievements growing a business or product and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
- Salesforce Experience;
- Familiarity with Pipedrive and other sales tools.
