About the Role:

As an Operations Specialist at Trella, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day freight operations. This includes managing carrier relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of shipments, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining high levels of service for our clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and monitor shipment execution from pick-up to delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for carriers and drivers, addressing real-time issues such as delays, routing problems, or documentation needs.
  • Ensure all loads are executed according to Trella’s service standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
  • Manage and optimize driver dispatch, load assignments, and routing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the account management and support teams to ensure smooth
    operations and positive shipper experiences.
  • Track shipment status, update internal systems, and proactively communicate delays or incidents to stakeholders.
  • Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and cost-saving
    opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding new carriers and ensuring compliance with operational
    procedures and documentation.
  • Participate in building a scalable and efficient logistics network.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in the
    trucking or freight sector).
  • Strong understanding of transportation processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools (TMS, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
