Our Purpose

We have launched from Egypt to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and UAE, and are looking to build and expand our footprint across the MENA-P region.
About the Role:
As a People Specialist, your primary responsibility is to service the business and the people in your respective market. You will be responsible for all on-ground People Operations that support the continuity of the business whilst being the direct point of contact for all employees and Managers to consult on everyday HR matters and Operations. You will work closely with HRBP’s to drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive start-to-finish experience.
- Manage all HR operations, including payroll, contracts, renewals, employee records, and offboarding.
- Handle Egypt-specific legal and compliance requirements (labor law, social insurance, and tax).
- Administer and manage the company’s medical insurance policy, supporting employees with claims and requests.
- Support employee engagement by maintaining and enhancing company culture as the team scales.
- Build and manage feedback channels to ensure employee voices are heard and acted upon.
- Provide operational support to Employee Resource Groups and diversity & other People initiatives.
- Strengthen the connection between employees and the company’s mission, values, and goals.
- Partner with managers to ensure alignment of objectives, performance standards, and priorities.
- Coordinate with regional/global People team to ensure consistency across markets.
- Ensure alignment of values, objectives, and priorities across teams, while building strong collaboration across Trella.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Egypt employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
- Bi-lingual: English and Arabic is a must
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
