About the Role:
We are looking for a delivery-focused Recruiter / TA Partner to support non-tech hiring for the KSA market, primarily across Sales and Commercial roles.
This is a short-term, hands-on IC (Individual Contributor) role suited for an experienced recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end, work independently with hiring managers, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
We welcome applications from freelance recruiters, independent consultants, or professionals looking to re-enter the job market who can commit for the contract duration and deliver on targets.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Commercial roles supporting KSA.
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and advise on market realities.
Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and relevant channels.
Independently screen, assess, and shortlist candidates with strong judgment and speed.
Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer support through closure.
Maintain accurate pipelines and hiring data using Teamtailor (ATS).
Provide clear weekly updates on progress, risks, and closures.
Deliver hires against agreed targets, timelines, and quality expectations.
What You'll Need:
4–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally with exposure to commercial / sales hiring.
Experience hiring for the KSA market (market familiarity is important; location is not).
Comfortable working as a standalone IC recruiter with minimal oversight.
Confident in engaging directly with hiring managers and making sound hiring recommendations.
Experience working in startups or fast-growing environments where speed and adaptability matter.
Hands-on experience using an ATS; Teamtailor experience is a strong plus.
Strong prioritization, decision-making, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory).
