About the Role:
At Trella, we are redefining logistics in the region. Our mission is to become the freight platform of choice by delivering a wide variety of supply with industry-leading fulfillment rates at competitive cost. We are seeking a dynamic Supply Manager to lead our Operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to shape operations strategy, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to Trella’s growth in a fast-moving market.
What You'll Do:
As a Supply Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of Trella’s supply operations in KSA, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement strategic supply plans that optimize Trella’s operational footprint and ensure strong local presence.
Lead and manage the local supply operations team, including distribution, fleet, and cross-border logistics personnel.
Drive performance across key metrics: supply coverage, delivery fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, asset owners, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with all local transport regulations, GCC operational standards, and cross-border requirements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for supply operations in KSA.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms.
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements, SOPs, and supply management strategies to achieve revenue and efficiency targets.
Collaborate with the regional leadership team to align operational strategy with company growth objectives.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, transport, or logistics management, in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Proven experience managing teams of 10+ members and operational oversight of fleets of 100+ vehicles.
Strong understanding of local and cross-border transport regulations in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have(s):
Experience working in developing markets with dynamic operational challenges.
Strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to roll up sleeves when needed.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
Ability to analyze complex datasets to inform operational decisions.
