About the Role:

Trella is looking for a Sales Executive to drive B2B growth across our trucking and logistics business. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with enterprise shippers and logistics partners across our four business units: Domestic, Ports, Dry Bulk, and Cross-Border.

What You'll Do:

● Identify, pursue, and close new B2B accounts across Domestic, Ports, Dry Bulk, and Cross-Border freight

● Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise shippers, manufacturers, and trading companies

● Understand each business unit's unique customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly

● Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with margin targets

● Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

● Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline/forecast reporting

● Represent Trella at industry events and build a strong network within the trucking/logistics sector

What You'll Need:

● 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in trucking, freight, logistics, or supply chain

● Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

● Familiarity with the trucking/freight industry landscape (domestic, port drayage, bulk, cross-border) is a strong plus

● Excellent communication skills in [English/Arabic as needed]

● Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
