1ziyo.ai , a joint venture of UZCARD and zypl.ai, brings advanced AI technologies to Uzbekistan’s financial sector. As one of the country’s first AI-focused fintech firms, it is transforming payments and finance.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary CEO to lead 1ziyo.ai and establish it as the regional leader in AI-powered fintech solutions. The CEO will be responsible for strategic growth, operational leadership, product development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Define and execute 1ziyo.ai’s long-term vision.
• Build partnerships with banks, fintech firms, regulators, and investors.
• Scale operations and expand market presence.
• Foster an innovative AI & fintech culture.
2. Product & Innovation
• Develop AI-powered solutions using zGAN & Lucid for credit scoring, fraud detection, and analytics.
• Adapt AI products to local & global financial markets.
• Integrate new AI models & data sources into fintech applications.
3. Financial & Operational Management
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and fundraising.
• Ensure sustainable growth & financial performance.
• Optimize processes and establish an effective corporate structure.
4. Collaboration with UZCARD, Zypl.ai & Regulators
• Strengthen partnerships with UZCARD & Zypl.ai.
• Work with the Central Bank & regulators on AI fintech policies.
• Ensure seamless AI integration into Uzbekistan’s financial system.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
• 3+ years in executive leadership (AI, fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS).
• Deep expertise in financial services, AI, risk, or fintech.
• Proven track record in scaling startups or high-growth companies.
• Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan’s financial regulations & global AI standards.
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships & investor relations.
• Technical understanding of AI-driven solutions.
