Build and scale backend services in Python
Develop APIs (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases
Implement async processing (Celery, queues)
Contribute to system design and architecture
Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
Improve CI/CD pipelines
3–5+ years of backend development experience
Strong Python skills (FastAPI/Django)
Solid understanding of APIs and databases
Experience with Git & Docker
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Intermediate English
Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka
Experience with MLflow
Fintech or risk domain experience
